Promoters

1. The promoters of this prize draw are CAVU Experiences (EMEA) Limited, with its registered office located at 6th Floor, Olympic House, Manchester Airport, Manchester, M90 1QX (“CAVU”), and H3 OPCO Ltd, with its registered address at First Floor, 690 Great West Road, Osterley Village, Isleworth TW7 4PU (“TRIBE Manchester Airport”, and together with CAVU, collectively, the “Promoters”).

Prize

1. By entering this prize draw, entrants have a chance to win an experience worth over £1,000, which includes:

• An overnight stay for two at TRIBE Manchester Airport;

• An evening meal for two; and

• Departure from Manchester via aether, including private check-in, baggage handling, a curated dining experience, and access to the private terminal for two guests (collectively, the “Prize”).

2. The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

How to Enter

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Prize.

2. The prize draw will run from 19:00 (BST) on Tuesday 17th June to 15:00 (BST) on Tuesday 15th July 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

3. To enter the prize draw, entrants must, during the Prize Draw Period:

• Like and follow both aether and Tribe Hotel Manchester on either Instagram or Facebook;

• Share the prize draw post to their story (on the platform they used to enter); and

• For an additional entry, subscribe to the aether monthly newsletter using the link provided.

4. One entry per platform per entrant will be counted. Additional entries via newsletter subscription will only be valid if the entrant is not already subscribed.

5. Entries received outside the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted.

6. By entering, entrants consent to (i) receive marketing communications from aether and Tribe Hotel Manchester, with the option to unsubscribe at any time; (ii) these terms and conditions; and (iii) the use of their personal data solely for the administration of the prize draw and marketing purposes if consented.

7. The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault (technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind.

Eligibility

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the prize draw.

2. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Winner Selection

1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period.

2. The prize draw will take place on 15th July 2025.

3. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they used to enter within seven working days of the prize draw.

4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to offer the Prize to another eligible entrant selected at random in accordance with the process set forth above.

5. Subject to acceptance, the winner will be publicly announced via the aether and Tribe Hotel Manchester social media channels.

Data Protection

1. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree that their personal data will be shared between the Promoters for the purposes of administering the prize draw and sending marketing communications where consent has been provided.

General

1. The Promoters’ decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.

2. The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.

3. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram or Facebook.

4. The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
