Promoter

1.    The promoter of this prize draw is CAVU Experiences (EMEA) Limited, with its registered office located at 6th Floor, Olympic House, Manchester Airport, Manchester, England, M90 1QX (the "Promoter").

Prize

2.    By entering this prize draw, entrants have a chance to win an aether Experience for Two (the "Prize").

3.    The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

How to Enter

4.    No purchase is necessary to enter or win the prize draw.

5.    The prize draw will run from Monday October 21, 2024 at 16.00 BST to Sunday November 3, 2024 at 23:59 GMT (the "Prize Draw Period").

6.    To enter the prize draw, entrants must:

i.  Follow both @leeds.life (the partnering account) and @experienceaether on Instagram;

ii.  Like the prize draw post; and

iii.  Tag an additional individual you’d take with you (each person you tag counts as a new entry).

7.    Entries received outside the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted.

8.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault (technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind.

Eligibility

9.    This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw.

10.     The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entries that do not meet these eligibility criteria.

Winner Selection

11.    The winner will be selected by random draw performed by a computer process from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period.

12.     The prize draw will take place on Monday November 4, 2024.

13.    The winner will be contacted via the Instagram profile through which their entry was submitted within 7 working days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected at random in accordance with the process set forth above.

General

14.    The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.

15.    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

16.    The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails hello@yolka.co.uk within one (1) month following the last day of the Prize Draw Period. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at hello@yolka.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

17.     Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy found at  https://experienceaether.com/privacy-policy/. See also clause 16 with regard to the announcement of winners.

18.     Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

19.     The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
