Any individual may request a booking on the Member’s behalf, provided they can successfully authenticate using the required password or passphrase. If the requester cannot be authenticated, aether will refuse to place the booking.
b) Aether will only place bookings under the Membership where the Member is personally travelling on that booking. The concierge service may not be used to place bookings solely for third parties where the Member is not travelling.
c) The Member is responsible for checking booking details and ensuring all information provided is accurate.
d) All bookings remain subject to aether’s standard service terms, airport rules, airline requirements and border or security authority approval.
4. Guests & Nominated Contacts
a) The Member may nominate certain contacts (limited to up to two individuals, either (i) a spouse/dependent or (ii) other associates (as aether may allow in its discretion)). Aether may store advance passenger information for such nominated contacts to facilitate bookings where the Member is travelling.
b) The concierge booking service is intended to support the Member’s own travel. Except for nominated contacts travelling together with the Member, aether is not required to place bookings or manage passenger information for other individuals.
c) Complimentary non-travelling guest access is limited as stated in these Terms and is always subject to availability.
d) The Member confirms they have the necessary consent to provide personal data for any nominated contacts or non-travelling guests.
5. Data & Privacy
a) aether collects and processes personal data solely to provide services and meet legal and operational requirements. All data is handled in accordance with applicable law and aether’s privacy policy.

b) Except where required by law (including any applicable cancellation rights) or where aether is at fault, the annual Membership fee is non‑refundable.

If the Member asks aether to begin providing Membership benefits during any applicable cancellation period, the Member may be required to pay a proportionate amount for benefits used.
d) Services outside the benefits included will be charged separately in the month following the month in which such services are used. Late or non-payment of such charges may result in suspension or termination of Membership.
e) Members may contact customer service via the concierge service for any questions.
7. Term, Renewal & Termination
a) Membership lasts 12 months from activation (being the date the Membership is first made available for use) unless ended earlier.
b) Renewal is subject to confirmation and payment of the applicable fee. Membership does not automatically renew. The Member will be contacted about one month before the end of their Membership to ask whether they wish to renew. If the Member does not renew, Membership will end at the end of the 12‑month term.
c) aether may suspend or terminate Membership where these Terms are breached or where continued service would pose operational, security or compliance risks. Suspension may include temporary refusal of bookings until the relevant issue is resolved. No refunds will be due where Membership is terminated due to the Member’s breach of these Terms.
8. Changes & Availability
a) All services are subject to availability and operational constraints.
b) aether may update Membership benefits or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Only where a material change, taken as a whole, has a demonstrable and significant adverse effect on the core Membership benefits, the Member may cancel Membership within 30 days of notice of such change and receive a pro-rata refund of the Membership fee for the unused portion of the remaining term. No refunds will be available for any other changes, including non-material changes.
9. Liability
a) aether is not responsible for delays, cancellations or service limitations caused by airlines, airports, government authorities or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
