The winner will receive: 

A year of aether – Two complimentary departures or arrivals each month for 12 months, for two people. A calm, seamless way to begin or end every journey.

A bespoke artwork by CheshirePaint – A one-of-a-kind commission from CheshirePaint, crafted in their signature minimalist style.

Dining at The French by Adam Reid – A signature dining experience for two at one of Manchester’s most celebrated restaurants.

BMW test drive experience – A week of test driving a luxury BMW.

Organiser

The organiser of this prize draw is CAVU Experiences (EMEA) Limited, with its registered office located at 6th Floor, Olympic House, Manchester Airport, Manchester, M90 1QX (“CAVU” or “Organiser”).

Promoters

The prize draw is supported by CheshirePaint, Adam Reid at The French, BMW and CAVU (collectively, the “Promoters”), who are responsible for the fulfilment of their respective prizes.

Prize

1.     By entering this prize draw, entrants have a chance to win a package worth over £7,000, which includes:

• A year’s access to aether for two people

• Extended test drive in an exclusive BMW vehicle for a week

• Signature dining experience at The French by Adam Reid for two people

• Bespoke art piece by CheshirePaint worth up £3,000 (collectively, the “Prize”).

2.     Each individual prize will be fulfilled and managed directly by the relevant Promoter. CAVU is not responsible for the redemption or fulfilment of prizes provided by Promoters.

3.     The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

How to Enter

1.     No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Prize.

2.     The prize draw will run from 09:00 (GMT) on 4 November 2025 to 23:59 (GMT) on 23 November 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

3.     To enter the prize draw, entrants must, during the Prize Draw Period:

• Submit your details via the form on https://experienceaether.com/anniversary-competition/

• For an additional entry, share the competition post from @experienceaether to their story on Instagram

4.     One entry per email address subscribed.

5.     Entries received outside the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted.

6.     Bulk, automated, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

7.     Entrants can opt in to marketing communications at the point of submitting their details. By opting in when submitting their details, entrants consent to (i) receive marketing communications from aether with the option to unsubscribe at any time; (ii) these terms and conditions; and (iii) the use of their personal data solely for the administration of the prize draw and marketing purposes if consented.

8.     The Organiser accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault (technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind.

Eligibility

1.     The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Organiser and Promoters, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the prize draw.

2.     The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

3.     The winner may be required to provide valid proof of identity and age to claim the prize.

Winner Selection

1.     One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period.

2.     The prize draw will take place on 5 December 2025.

3.     The winner will be contacted via email before the 31 December 2025.

4.     If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to offer the Prize to another eligible entrant selected at random in accordance with the process set forth above.

5.     Subject to acceptance, the winner will be publicly announced via the aether social media channels.

6.     If a selected winner is found to be ineligible or in breach of these T&Cs, a new winner will be selected at random.

Data Protection

1.     The Organiser will process entrants’ personal data in accordance with its privacy policy found at Privacy Policy | aether

2.     Entrants’ data will only be shared with the relevant Promoters for prize fulfilment where necessary and will not be used for any other purposes without prior consent.

General

1.     The Organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.

2.     The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

3.     The Organiser and/or Promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.

4.     This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

5.     The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• Value up to £3,000

• This will be direct with CheshirePaint and aether won’t take any responsibility for non-claiming

• The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative

• Must be claimed within 12 months

3.     Dining at The French by Adam Reid

• Signature Dining Experience for two people

• Value of prize is £430

• This will be direct with The French and aether won’t take any responsibility for non-claiming

• The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative

• Must be claimed within 12 months

4.     BMW test drive experience

• 1 week of test driving a luxury BMW

• This will be direct with BMW

• Aether accepts no responsibility for non-claiming

• The test drive vehicle cannot be taken outside the UK

• The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative

• Winner must hold a valid UK driving licence and meet BMW’s eligibility criteria for insurance and test drive participation. Final approval will be subject to BMW’s terms and conditions.
