Parking at aether

How you book your parking will depend on the aether package you reserve for your trip.

For return journeys (depart and arrive) and depart only packages, our parking service can either be booked alongside your aether package, or as a separate add-on through the aether parking portal.

If you've booked an arrivals only package, or you've reserved the Inclusive Checked Bags - Main Terminal package, you will need to book your Meet & Greet parking through the Manchester Airport website.

If you’re using the Private Terminal for a return journey (depart and arrive), and you’re travelling to aether in your own car, you can purchase our parking service for an additional cost. This service must be booked in advance.

Once you have entered your trip details into our booking tool and chosen your aether package, you will be offered aether Parking as an optional extra. If you wish to park at aether, simply add the parking extra to your basket and continue to check-out.

If you decide to park at aether after you have already booked your aether package, it is still possible to book your parking separately through the aether parking portal. Simply enter the date and time that you’ll be arriving and departing from the Private Terminal, then pay for your parking through our secure payment system.

When you arrive on the day, park in the small car park directly outside the Private Terminal and hand your keys to your aether Host at reception. Our fully insured drivers will take care of the rest, moving your vehicle to a secure facility until you return. When you arrive back at aether after your trip, your Host will return your keys, and your car will be waiting outside for your onward journey.

If you’re departing from aether but arriving into one of Manchester Airport’s other terminals, and you wish to travel to aether in your own car, our parking service can move your vehicle from aether to your arrival terminal on request.

Pre-book your aether parking as an extra alongside your aether package, or through the aether parking portal, entering the date and time you’ll be visiting aether for your departure flight, and the date and time you’ll be arriving back to the main airport terminal.

When you arrive on the day, park in the small car park directly outside the Private Terminal. Hand your keys to your aether Host at reception and let them know which terminal you’ll be flying back into (Terminal 1 & 3 for Ryanair; Terminal 2 for all other airlines).

While you’re away, our operations team will move your car from aether to the Meet & Greet car park at your arrival terminal. When you arrive at the airport following your trip, collect your keys from the Meet & Greet return point at your arrival terminal, and make your onward journey.

If you are departing from Manchester Airport Terminal 1 & 3 or Terminal 2, but arriving through aether, and you wish to travel to the airport in your own car, we recommend that you park at your departure terminal (Terminal 1 & 3 for Ryanair; Terminal 2 for all other airlines). This must be pre-booked through the Manchester Airport website. Enter your details, select your departure terminal, and choose Meet & Greet parking.

Once you have pre-booked your main terminal Meet & Greet parking, contact our customer services team at hello@experienceaether.com quoting the booking references for your aether visit and your Manchester Airport Meet & Greet parking. We will then arrange to move your vehicle from the main terminal to aether ready for your onward journey when you return.

Please note, we can only move your vehicle from the main terminal to aether if you book Meet & Greet parking. This service is not available if you book other parking products. Meet & Greet is subject to availability, and the dates and times you’re travelling.

Our Inclusive Checked Bags - Main Terminal package allows guests with checked baggage travelling on some non-participating airlines to enjoy aether when departing from Manchester Airport, by dropping their bags at the main terminal first.

/ For a return journey

If you’re travelling to the airport in your own car, and you've booked this aether package to make a return journey (depart and arrive), we recommend that you book Meet & Greet parking at the Manchester Airport terminal where you’ll be dropping your bags (Terminal 1 & 3 for Ryanair; Terminal 2 for all other airlines). You must pre-book parking through the Manchester Airport website. Simply enter your details, select your departure terminal, and choose Meet & Greet parking.

On the day of travel, drive to the Meet & Greet parking area at the terminal where you’ll be dropping your bags, hand your keys in at the Meet & Greet reception desk, and head to check-in to drop your bags. We will then provide a complimentary BMW transfer from the main terminal to aether. If you have booked this package, we’ll be in touch up to three days before your travel date to arrange the exact details of the transfer.

For your return journey into aether, as long as you've booked Meet & Greet parking, we will move your vehicle from the main terminal to aether ready for your onward journey. Simply contact us at hello@experienceaether.com, quoting the booking references for your aether visit and your Manchester Airport Meet & Greet parking, and we’ll arrange the rest. We can only offer this service if you've booked Meet & Greet parking.

/ Departing from aether and returning to the main terminal

If you’re travelling to the airport in your own car, and you've booked this package to depart from aether but return to the main terminals, we recommend that you park at the main terminals. This must be pre-booked through the Manchester Airport website. Enter your details, select your arrival terminal (Terminal 1 & 3 for Ryanair; Terminal 2 for all other airlines), and choose the parking that best suits your needs.

On the day of travel, park your car in your chosen car park and head to your airline’s check-in desks to drop your checked baggage (Terminal 1 & 3 for Ryanair; Terminal 2 for all other airlines). Your aether Host will then collect you from a prearranged meeting point and take you to aether in a complimentary BMW transfer.

When you return to the main terminal, simply head to your chosen car park to collect your car and make your onward journey.
